Can I return my Outdoor Nook furniture?

Of course. You can return your Outdoor Nook furniture for a full refund within 14 days.

After this time, you can return your furniture within 90 days and a 20% restocking fee is applied. Original shipping charges after 14 days cannot be refunded.

We are only able to accept returns on undamaged or unmodified products. Exchanges are treated the same as returns.

Returned products must be available for pickup in their original packaging.

Please note: Items marked “on sale,” "final sale," "clearance sale," "as is," or "made-to-order" are not returnable. All items not eligible for return will be marked as such on the product’s description page.

We will replace an item should it be damaged or if defects in workmanship and material are present within the initial 14 day period. Should a repair or replacement be necessary, photographs and proof of the defect is required for replacement and/or repair. Please contact OutdoorNook for an inspection promptly after receiving the product if a problem is evident.
